Random thought... this may be a little bit kinda too political for this blog, but I'd like to mention it.
People (terrorists) commit unspeakable acts in the name of god. But if they believe that thier god created everything, then that means that thier god created people of other religions. And one religion does not have more members than the rest of the religions combined, so that means that there are more people not of your religion than of your religion. So why persecute them? I mean, how did they hurt you in anyway? You cannot convert/eradicate the majority of the world's population, right? So why not just be tolerant? Live and let live? I mean, violence is okay when necessary, but it shouldn't be used unless it is needed.
Which brings me to my next point: War. To quote Calvin, from Calvin and Hobbes "How do people killing each other solve the world's problems?". War doesn't help much. You kill people who have families, children and siblings and parents and spouses. War also causes turmoil in the rest of the nation, and soon the rest of the world also gets involved. And you kill innocents.
I mean, can't people be sensible?

You're absolutely right. Wish everyone saw it that way! :-(
Unfortunately, the people who make war usually have anger issues.
Anyway I agree with you, war doesn't solve anything really.
But things that cause war exist anyway. Land, Food, Water, Anger issues.....
The only problem with Hitlers plan (other then it being horrible and brutal) was that he seemed to have forgoten that evolution takes millions of years. Unless he wants to continue killing off the weak for millions of years, he's not going to do very much. Most of the "perfect race" babies would be killed because dorment genes in the mother or father would awaken, and the kid might have a bad trait. It's not easy to create a perfect race, when there are thousends of dorment genes in all people.
I got a bit scientific there. *cough*
